Simple recipe-spicy pumpkin red pepper stew.

material-

1/2 zucchini, 1/4 onion, 1/5 tofu, 1 root of green onion or leek, 1 spp of red pepper paste, 1 tsp of 5 pieces of kelp salt. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, 2 cups of mineral water.

Material care-

Pumpkin: Wash clean and cut into thick pieces.

Onion: Slice thinly.

Green onion: Cut into 2,5cm.

Tofu: Cut into small chunks.

make- Put 2 cups of mineral water and 5 pieces of kelp in a pot and boil the broth to cry out. If there is a bubble in boiling water, the bubble is removed, Add 1 spp of red pepper paste to the boiled water. 1 teaspoon salt, pumpkin> onion> green onion> chopped garlic

※Salt may or may not be added depending on the preference.

Boil it with a light taste of tofu, pumpkin, kelp, green onion, and onion. Place the pumpkin pumpkin hot pepper stew on the table over lunch. A bowl of rice is alive.
