Simple recipe-spicy pumpkin red pepper stew.
material-
1/2 zucchini, 1/4 onion, 1/5 tofu, 1 root of green onion or leek, 1 spp of red pepper paste, 1 tsp of 5 pieces of kelp salt. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, 2 cups of mineral water.
Material care-
Pumpkin: Wash clean and cut into thick pieces.
